Erion Chant
03:34
|
|
||
We cross the fire for the living Erion.
We cross the fire for the dying Erion.
< Last night on a dying planet. Watering eyes blinded by blazing fire and smoke. With heavy hearts we salute what is not home anymore. With torn souls we witness the fall of the colossus. >

Hypersphere
03:01
|
|
||
Along his path of fear the evil goat has ripped this world apart.
Grinding our teeth into mud, we die as one.
Ancient wolf descends.
The soil, the air. Hypersphere arise!
From the Ridge he comes, running wild within streams of light
Howl! Howl! Face your last threat!
< The battlefield is flooded with despair. We were told that this fight was not ours to fight, but there is no stopping us now. For as powerless and broken as we may be, our spirits keep howling along with the mighty wolf. An endless echo of voices spirals up to the sky. A lightning bolt crashes back down, and then all is quiet.
As we find, there is power in this suffering. >

Recall! Recall!
02:41
|
|
||
To dead armies, to the sea.
This black noise will pierce with no sleep.
Through the fire you shall come alive
Yes sir, we will last long enough!
As we crash into steel, instantly shocked.
Through the fire you shall come alive
Here we stand at the edge of the fall.
Through the fire you shall come alive
< I am not it, and it is not me. Feedback looping in my ears. My lungs filled once again with the smell of the woods, and for a moment all is bright.
A voice speaks, but it’s a rumble. It is talking to myself. >

Ghost Wolf
04:12
|
|
||
Ghost. Tainted. Driven by the scars.
A hole of disaster, weeping like we all do.
It’s time for rabid teeth to bite the tension.
Wolf. Disastrous. Take them to the tomb!
Wolf. Ancient. Transcending weakness.
All sparks will get into a fuel to burn now.
It’s time to get on to new constellations.
World disaster. It’s time to jump.
Dying with our world.
< The thing, it mauls and crushes. Flashes of hair and bone melting with metal, the unwelcome view. One last hit, one last hit. One final supermassive blast and the atmosphere vibrates with distorted noise. The earth is crying. The Wolf has won. The Wolf has gone. >

Last Ride
03:34
|
|
||
It’s hard to make it through and hard to let it go.
Red stars forget you. Better have to go.
We crawl back to this thing, like spiders do.
Its fire will take you. Erasing you.
Red sun vibrating,we have to go.
Tall shadows run fast, better have to go.
We come to go, waving off the top of a radio
Better crash and burn. We can’t hold now.
Across black smoke, through the arms of the slayed.
We come to go. Now in solitude
Return to ground, held down by the storm of the battle.
Break through and lift off. No more time in your way.
So, wise man, go. Staring from the top of the mountain.
Let’s play rock n roll, what else
Gotta go now. Run. Flames like fingers.
I am your cure. Escape the embrace
< In a world that is left as a dead rock in the sky, the one thing we have to save is a stone. The prayers of the ancient Druids cannot protect it anymore. We have to run. The faint heartbeat of the Great Animal, a beacon in the sidereal silence. This frantic tremor in the cosmic radiation is now our only guidance. May it watch over our escape. >

Stele Chant
04:45
|
|
||
< O sacred stone, born from the marrow of the planet
Engine of equilibrium, bathed in pure fire
By you we gather, for the last of times
Laar, your name we call, the edge of the shadow,
The source and the protector.
The walls of this temple, built to protect,
Shall be our grave, but death won’t be in vain.
Erion, our blood will revive your dry soil
Until long, rest in quietness, hold your place in space
The grand fanfare of our return will shake the motionless void
Waves of joy and solar elation will burn dead rocks to life again
Once again, the ever-returning. >

Shattered Ground
05:31
|
|
||
The flow of time, drowning in sound. No swarming flames here. Only this light to follow.
Object and beholder. Carrying my bones. Pillars are crumbling. The creedmen have served.
Onward again. This pile of flesh I am.
Leaving back fire floods. Erion! Erion! Searching. Pushing. Erion! Erion!
< And time is suspended, our breath slowing down as the white fire casts its shine on our faces. Every frame of our escape is disconnected, like a pile of faded images. As we make our way to the launch site, we wish we were leaving to return, but the once welcome view of the stars now screams of endless horror. >

Infinite Titan
03:29
|
|
||
nches of steel protect us from the void. No time to lose or to pretend.
Black holes. Dust clouds. Infinite Titan, lead us away! Clusters, time warps.
Through the unknown
< Battle may be over but a new one looms, through the depths of this universe, to the other side. The machine burns its engines fast. We escaped, but where are we bound now? From a round window you can only see so much, but the half moon of the dying planet is enough to melt our wills like wax. Infinite Titan, guide us steady through nebulae and clusters, towards the forces that will. >
