"Lo Zen e l’arte del rigetto" è il primo disco dei Morso. 
L’album si sviluppa su undici tracce di matrice hardcore, ma senza seguirne le orme più classiche.
Ritmiche serrate e dissonanze ampliano lo sguardo verso elementi sperimentali, noise e funky. Questa componente eterogena è percorsa a filo conduttore da line vocali furenti e testi, rigorosamente in italiano, ispirati sia a tematiche politico-sociali che a specifiche realtà personali.
Le influenze sono in partenza ciò che contraddistingue la quotidianità al di fuori della musica: il semplice mood della giornata o del periodo in cui componi i brani è fondamentale.
